The combination of a pageboy bob haircut and dark sunglasses is the trademark of Anna Wintour who has been called become an important figure in much of the fashion world. She was well-known because of her praise for her eye for emerging fashion trends but also her aloof and demanding personality.

According to Slate News, her first US Vogue cover changed the style of the magazine. She used less well-known models, and mixed inexpensive clothes with high fashion: the cover featured a Peter Lindbergh photograph of 19-year-old Michaela Bercu in a $50 pair of faded jeans and a bejeweled jacket by Christian Lacroix worth $10,000.

Even the printer thought it was the wrong when they first saw it. That was so unlike the typical Vogue covers back then, this one broke all the rules. The whole point is it looked so easy and casual, a moment that had been snapped on the street: the model was not looking at the camera and her eye was almost closed, her hair was blowing across her face. Wintour’s approach was a leap of faith-this was the way real women put clothes together. The picture make Anna Wontour sense the winds of change and it certainly was a big change for Vogue.

Fashion is not merely the combination of luxury goods, it needs to present a unique personality. Quintessential Anna maintain her respect for all top luxury brand, but she add some youthful and sophisticated raciness and garnished it with a dash of confident energy. She is a perfectionist and pursuit timely progress. Because fashion is always about timing. If it’s too soon, no one understands. If it’s too late, everyone’s forgotten.
